In your artistic journey, there’s a mix of emotions.

Sometimes, you feel in full control of the direction of your ideas. You can clearly visualize the outcome of your endeavours.

Other times, you don’t know where to start. As soon as you have an idea, it fades away or something tells you it’s not going to work.

We all go through those highs and lows.

It’s alright.

Struggling is necessary to discover aspects of yourself that in other circumstances you wouldn’t have learned.

Sailors didn’t gain experience in a calm sea.

A Public Declaration: I Want to Be a Writer

Do you define your work or does your work define you?

The answer is so personal. It’s entirely up to each unique personality in the world.

Some professionals focus hard on their goals and work until they get where they want to be. Others decide to get job to pay the bills and work on their passion project at night or on weekends.

Any of those options is fantastic as long as you can clearly envision what satisfies you.

If you want to write, you have to relax


That’s constantly the advice I get from friends and family. I seem to go around life feeling like I need to meet lots of expectations every day.

After 30 years of living in this planet, I’m starting to realize that’s just worthless. All I need to do is relax and enjoy my own journey. It’s not about expectations and adding pressure on myself.

New Beginnings and Promises: I’m Blogging for Real

It’s always difficult to start from scratch, especially when it comes to blogging.

It’s not the first time that I write an entry. The problem is, I don’t do it often.

I’m rusty after all these years of trying to keep a proper space to write.
